Notice before we start - Custom Travel Planning Process

Planning your dream trip to China? I’m here to make it simple and tailored to your preferences! Here's a step-by-step guide to how we'll create your personalized travel itinerary:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We’ll begin by discussing your travel preferences! I’ll ask you about your travel style, interests, and any specific destinations or activities you want to include in your trip. Whether you're looking for a cultural exploration, adventure, or just a relaxed sightseeing tour, I’ll ensure that your preferences are fully understood. You can reach out to me through email or the contact form on the website. I’ll take the time to get to know exactly what you're hoping for in your journey.

Step 2: Draft Creation (Within 3 Days)

Once I have a clear understanding of your preferences, I’ll start creating your personalized itinerary. This typically takes about 3 days. I will recommend the best destinations, activities, accommodations, and transportation options to make sure your trip is as enjoyable as possible. Please note, while I provide suggestions for accommodations, attractions, and transport, the costs of these are the client's responsibility.

Step 3: Reviewing the Draft

After I've put together your initial draft, I’ll send you a summary of the plan. This will include an overview of your proposed itinerary, with details on destinations, activities, and general timings. You’ll have a chance to review everything and provide feedback, as well as request any changes or adjustments you’d like to make.

Step 4: Confirmation & Payment

Once you're happy with the draft and confirm that everything looks good, I’ll send you an invoice with clear payment instructions. After I receive your payment, I will proceed with finalizing the complete itinerary.

Step 5: Final Itinerary Delivery

Once payment is received, I’ll send you the full, detailed itinerary, which includes all necessary details such as your accommodation information, transport arrangements, activity bookings, and additional travel tips. The itinerary will serve as your personalized guide, but please remember that the plan is meant to provide suggestions. All actual costs for accommodations, activities, and transportation are the responsibility of the traveler.

Step 6: Modifications and Adjustments

I understand that plans may need some fine-tuning along the way. If you need to make minor adjustments—like changing dates or shifting activities—I’m happy to accommodate those changes for free.

However, if you'd like to make significant revisions, such as adding or removing destinations or altering the overall itinerary, these changes may incur additional fees. The cost depends on the complexity of the revisions. I’m happy to discuss these changes with you in advance to ensure that you understand any extra charges, keeping the process transparent and affordable.

Additional Notes:

  • Flexibility is key! If you have any last-minute questions or need additional tweaks, don’t hesitate to reach out.

  • Throughout the process, I’ll provide extra tips, advice, and recommendations to make sure your trip goes smoothly and you have the best possible experience.

  • If you have special requests, like particular types of accommodations or specific activities you want to include, please let me know early on to ensure we can make it happen.
